BBC is abbreviated for Blade Brake Clutch another words what this means or actual does for the operator when mowing the grass in simple terms ” Is to allow you to keep the engine idling whilst emptying the grass bag or having to move an object that’s in your way. Other wise there are other models that don’t have the BBC and it simply means when you let go of the OPC (Operator Presence Control) lever that engages the engine it will cut off and you will have to restart the engine every time.
