RETURNS POLICY
If you’re not satisfied with your goods for any reason, please return them in its unused new condition WITHIN 14 DAYS OF RECEIPT and we will either exchange them or refund you.

Make sure they are as follows:
- Have original Tags attached
- Unsoiled
- Undamaged
- Unused
- Have not been personalised or customised in any way
To enable the returns procedure to run as smoothly and efficiently as possible could you please: Re-package the goods, preferably in the originally packaging.
Please note that when returning parcels you must pay for the return postage. If it’s just a return the purchase includes free postage our postage & handling cost will be deducted from the refund.
For exchanges please remember to forward payment or we can take payment over the phone for postage and handling fee of £14.95. Thank you!
