Refund Policy

14 days refund, buyer pays return postage

RETURNS POLICY if you’re not satisfied with your goods for any reason, please return them in its unused new condition WITHIN 14 DAYS OF RECEIPT and we will either exchange them or refund you. Return to: Aps Ltd unit 5 The Old Station Yard 186 Wood Street London E17 3NZ. Please enclose note with your contact details and reasons for return. Make sure they are as follows: Have original Tags attached . Unsoiled • Undamaged • Unused • Have not been personalised or customised in any way. To enable the returns procedure to run as smoothly and efficiently as possible could you please: Re-package the goods, preferably in the originally packaging? Please note that when returning parcels you must pay for the return postage. If it’s just a return the purchase includes free postage our postage & handling cost will be deducted from the refund. For exchanges please remember to forward payment or we can take payment over the phone for postage and handling fee of £14.95. Thank you!
