FSA 50 Cordless Grass Strimmer Perfect For Domestic Lawns
The STIHL FSA 50 battery strimmer is great for trimming, mowing and lawn edging work. Its easy to use and has a low noise emisson - so perfect for homes in built up areas.
The FSA 50 is run on the AK battery system, with the max running time of 120 mins with the AK30S battery o full charge. The FSA 50 also comes with the Autocut 3-2 mowing head ( line mowing head). However it can also be used with the Polycut 3-2 head ( plastic blade mowing head ) which is sold separately. This grass trimmer has a telescopic shaft and the mowing head can be set to 3 different angles. - Great for those awkward areas! This head can also be rotated 90 degrees for edging lawns.
The FSA 50 comes with a variable speed trigger which allows you to control the speed of the mowing head.( this can help extend your working battery life too! ). With excellent balance and a low weight, this strimmer is ideal for entry-level operators of all ages and ability.

Rotating Mowing Head
EASY TO CUT LAWN EDGES. Cutting lawn edges is made simple thanks to the FSA 50. You can turn the mowing head by 90° to easily make vertical cuts whilst working, ideal for edging the lawn, clearing paths and cutting next to flower beds.
Length-Adjustable Shaft
FOR HIGH WORKING COMFORT. Thanks to the length-adjustable shaft, you can work very comfortably and with minimum strain on your back. To do so, simply adjust the shaft to your height and working method, without tools.
Adjustable Working Depth
TRIM UNDER OBSTACLES. The mowing head can be set to different angles during use, allowing you to comfortably adjust the grass trimmer to your height and the working environment
Flexible Spacer Bar
PROTECTION WHILE MOWING. The spacer bar protects objects, plants and the cutting attachment during use. You can easily use the FSA 50 without fear of damaging plants. The cutting tool does not cut beyond the position of the bar. The front part of the spacer bar is made from flexible material, so that you can push against it if necessary and get closer to objects when trimming. This makes it possible to carry out clearing work in a controlled and thorough manner. You can fold the bar up or down as needed.
Ergonomic Control Handle With Speed Adjuster
The speed can be controlled in three stages using the ergonomic control handle, which has a built-in LED display. This ensures energy-efficient work and long running times.
Loop Handle
COMFORT DURING WORK. You can easily adjust the loop handle to your desired height for fatigue free work. The height can be adjusted without using any tools.
Hanging Eyelet
FOR SAFE STORAGE. The tool has an eyelet allowing you to store your tool safely and compactly. 
SoftGrip Handle With Control Lever
FOR COMFORTABLE WORK. The softgrip handle integrates the control lever for switching on and off as well as a control lever lock, to make it easier to operate your cordless brushcutter. Not only is it easy to grip, but it also absorbs some of the vibrations that arise during operation.
Store Spare Blades On Top
QUICK BLADE CHANGE. If the blades on the mowing head become worn, you don’t need to go and fetch new replacement blades: up to six replacement blades can be easily stored on the power tool. This allows you to rapidly replace parts and quickly continue your work.
Energy Recovery
When the throttle is released, energy is recovered and fed back into the battery - which extends the battery life during use.
